Warren acts as a technology and structuring platform facilitating secondary market transactions in shares of private technology companies. Warren does not provide personalized investment advice within the meaning of Article L.321-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier).

Warren is not registered as a Financial Investment Advisor (Conseiller en Investissements Financiers — CIF) with the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) and is not registered with the ORIAS (Organisme pour le Registre unique des Intermédiaires en Assurance, Banque et Finance). Warren does not hold a license as an Investment Services Provider (Prestataire de Services d'Investissement — PSI).

Warren structures transactions through Dedicated Investment Vehicles (SPVs) domiciled in Luxembourg, in partnership with qualified legal and financial service providers.

8. Dispute Resolution & Mediation

Warren's services are exclusively reserved for qualified and professional investors. As such, consumer mediation provisions under Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) do not apply.

In the event of a dispute, users are invited to contact Warren directly at contact@warren.trade to seek an amicable resolution. Warren undertakes to acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 10 business days and to provide a response within 2 months.

Should an amicable resolution not be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the provisions of Section 9 below.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This website and its legal notice are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

In the event of a discrepancy between different language versions of this legal notice, the French version shall prevail.
